Advertising terms

These terms apply when you submit an advertising request on Nivara. They supplement the general Terms of Service.

You confirm that you own or have permission to use all creative, text, logos, and links you submit. Advertisements must be lawful and accurate. You must not advertise illegal goods, misleading claims, or content that harasses or discriminates.

You cannot self-publish. Super Admin review is required. Nivara may reject, pause, waitlist, or remove an advertisement. Payment does not guarantee placement if approval fails or if the society has no free banner slot. Default slot and monthly price are platform settings and may change.

When a payment provider subscription is configured, billing may recur monthly until cancelled or halted. A single failed retry does not immediately kill an advertisement if the provider is still retrying. After a subscription is ultimately cancelled or halted, Nivara pauses the advertisement.

Nivara does not promise impressions, clicks, or sales. An approved banner is not an endorsement of your business.
